About this role

A Structural Analyst at Antares is responsible for building and running thermal-structural finite element analysis (FEA) models of reactor components and subsystems to ensure compliance with thermal, mechanical, and performance requirements for the R1 micro-reactor. This role requires collaborating with design engineers to provide definitive feedback on material selection and design optimization, while also supporting test campaigns through technical guidance and data validation. The Analyst will document analytical results, oversee the development of internal tools for other engineers, and contribute mentorship across teams to foster continual improvement.
