ICON
ICON is seeking a Structural Applications Engineer II to enable customers, Structural Engineers of Record, and design and construction teams to design and build with ICON's technology confidently. This role uses structural engineering judgment to evaluate and provide recommendations for applied cases not specifically addressed by the validated product, including new details, connections, and installation conditions. The position involves teaching customers how to apply structural recommendations, configuring known-capability cases in BuildOS, and distinguishing structural design gaps from software implementation issues. The role also requires managing a caseload of concurrent structural applied requests and converting resolved problems into internal knowledge base entries.
