Structural Design Engineer

Thorson Baker + Associates, Inc. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to participate in the technical development of schematic, design development, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration for institutional and commercial building projects. The role involves structural design of foundations, floors, roofs, and lateral resistance systems, preparing calculations and construction documents, and coordinating with architects, owners, and other engineering disciplines. The position requires meeting client schedules, conducting office construction administration, and traveling nationally for site visits and design meetings.
