Structural Engineer

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining structural engineering programs, including repair and maintenance plans, for Vistra's fossil and renewable generation fleet. The position involves establishing fleet standards for critical equipment inspections to ensure safe and reliable operations while coordinating effectively with various work groups. The engineer will provide civil and structural engineering support, manage contractor relationships, and ensure all designs adhere to sound engineering practices and regulatory requirements.
