Structural Steel Fabrication Division Manager

This role oversees an entire structural steel fabrication division, managing a team of approximately 20 employees across estimating, detailing, project management, and shop operations. The position is responsible for the division's P&L, production schedules, and safety record, ensuring all jobs meet quality standards and ship on time. The manager will lead continuous improvement efforts, present annual operating plans to leadership, and maintain a direct line to the executive team.
