The role focuses on driving adoption of Apheris' Co-Folding Application within leading pharma R&D teams by working directly with computational and medicinal chemists to benchmark, test, and apply structure-based models to real discovery programs. The scientist will conduct workshops, develop case studies, and feed field insights back to product and AI teams to ensure effective integration into workflows.
Apheris builds drug discovery AI delivered via federated data networks to produce superior predictive models. Their software runs locally in customers’ environments so data, queries, and outputs remain secure and in‑house. The platform supports in‑house benchmarking, fine‑tuning for specific targets and chemotypes, and integration via GUI or API.
