Structured Finance & Derivatives Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a junior to mid-level associate attorney to join a leading Am Law firm's nationally recognized Corporate & Finance practice. The role involves representing clients in sophisticated structured finance and derivatives transactions, with a focus on esoteric asset-backed securitizations. The successful candidate will manage transaction workstreams, conduct legal due diligence, and collaborate with attorneys on complex domestic and cross-border matters.
