Structured Products Middle Office: Structured Rates

This role provides trade management and first-line support for Exotic Rates trading and structuring desks, handling structured deal reviews, lifecycle management, and T0 Flash P&L production. The position involves partnering with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to implement policies and controls for structured products businesses. It requires building deep product knowledge and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business innovation and growth.
