Structured Products Team Member

This role supports the Structured Products Team in arranging lending facilities, securitization financing transactions, and various debt solutions for the firm's Direct Lending and Credit Opportunities businesses. The position involves assisting with structuring and negotiating transactions, modeling deal capital structures, and coordinating with Treasury and Operations to ensure smooth pricing and closing. The individual will also manage investor relations, prepare marketing presentations, and research new product ideas to support the firm's debt capital markets initiatives.
