Structures Estimator - Heavy Civil

This role involves full-cycle estimating from quantity takeoffs to bid submission, collaborating closely with operations and field teams to ensure successful project execution. The position requires a deep understanding of production rates, means & methods, and cost drivers within the heavy civil sector.
