Structures Estimator - Heavy Civil

We are seeking a Structures Estimator with strong experience in heavy civil construction to prepare accurate bids for complex structural scopes including bridges, concrete structures, and water/wastewater facilities. This role involves full-cycle estimating from quantity takeoffs to bid submission, collaborating closely with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution. The position requires a deep understanding of production rates, means & methods, and cost drivers within the heavy civil sector.
