Structures Superintendent – Structures & Earthwork (Heavy Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Structures Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale heavy civil construction projects with a focus on structures, concrete, earthwork, grading, and major infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex heavy civil construction activities, including bridge structures, concrete structures, foundations, excavation, mass grading, embankments, utilities, and site development. This role requires a strong field leader who can manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and contract requirements.
