Student Accounts Specialist

The Student Accounts Specialist supports the financial operations and integrity of student accounts across all partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for student and campus account inquiries. The role combines hands-on account servicing with staff-level accounting responsibility, including month-end close, reconciliation, and receivables analysis, while identifying opportunities to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Revenue Accounting, the position requires an analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
