The Student Accounts Specialist supports the University’s student accounts and cashiering operations by reviewing, processing, and reconciling student account activity to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Reporting to the Bursar, this position applies established policies and procedures, maintains accurate fiscal records, and provides responsive customer service to students, families, faculty, and staff. The role works closely with campus partners to support effective student account operations and escalates complex matters as appropriate.
