Student Development & Independent Living Specialist

The Student Development & Independent Living Specialist designs and implements a student development model to help students build independence, executive functioning, and adult living skills. Working as part of a professional team, the role provides individual coaching, develops curriculum, and creates authentic campus and community experiences to support neurodiverse learners. The position serves as a subject-matter expert in student development and transition to adulthood, partnering with faculty and families to ensure meaningful progress toward individualized goals.
