About this role

The Student Engagement & Program Coordinator leads and coordinates campus and community engagement programming for UBCO Heat Athletics & Recreation, focusing on youth sport development, game day attendance, and revenue‑generating events. Reporting to the Director of Athletics & Recreation Operations, the role collaborates with internal staff, coaches, student leaders, alumni, and external partners to plan, execute, and evaluate high‑impact programs and events.
