About this role

The Student Nurse Extern Program offers senior nursing students a paid, immersive clinical experience to deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a dedicated Registered Nurse Preceptor. This 10-week program provides approximately 200 to 300 clinical hours designed to develop nursing knowledge, clinical skills, and critical thinking within a variety of practice settings. Externs will engage with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to build professional relationships and strengthen teamwork while working alongside nurses, providers, and support staff.
