About this role
Phlebotomy Student participates in a paid, four-week training program to learn accurate and compassionate collection of patient specimens for laboratory diagnostic testing in a professional medical environment. The program includes two weeks of classroom instruction and two weeks of clinical externship, during which trainees complete required venipunctures and collections. Upon completion, students interview for Phlebotomist positions within Intermountain Laboratory Services and are expected to commit to working at least 24 hours per week and one year in the role or reimburse tuition.
