About this role

The Student Records Assistant maintains accurate and confidential student records while supporting degree audits, transcript requests, graduation processes, and enrollment verifications. This role assists students and staff with academic requirements and system operations within the College’s Student Information System. The position also contributes to daily Student Records office operations and supports Credit for Prior Learning initiatives.
