GESIS — Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences is Germany’s central research infrastructure organization supporting empirical social research. It provides researchers with curated datasets (micro and aggregate), access services and a research data center, extensive documentation and metadata, survey instruments and questionnaire archives, and methodological consulting for study planning, sampling, data collection, pretesting and analysis.
