The Student Success Advisor delivers holistic academic and personal advising and case management to a cohort of undergraduate students, supporting them from matriculation through graduation. The role involves tracking academic progress, coordinating with campus partners and the Registrar, approving academic actions (e.g., withdrawals, advanced credits), and developing programs to promote student success. The advisor may supervise graduate assistants or student employees and serves as a Campus Security Authority.
