This grant-funded position coordinates and delivers college and career readiness supports to high school students, implementing the Denver Youth Employment Program (DYEP) year-round. The role involves facilitating career exploration activities, providing job readiness training, and offering case management to help students overcome barriers to graduation and secure sustainable employment or post-secondary options. It also includes managing event logistics, engaging with business partners, and tracking student progress through the DEDO system of records.
