Studio Leader

The role is the business owner for 2-4 in-center fitness offerings (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and/or Signature Group Training), responsible for overseeing the applicable teams of performers and coaches. The position drives club and department performance through budget and schedule management, delivering branded programs, and building member communities. The role also requires teaching classes weekly to evaluate offerings and gather member feedback.
