Studio Manager

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a proven leader to initially manage the Woodforest studio and develop its Assistant Managers, with plans to expand into full operational leadership of both the Woodforest and Memorial locations upon the latter's opening in March 2027. This role focuses on building strong teams, creating an exceptional member experience, and driving business results through clear accountability and measurable performance. The successful candidate will work directly with ownership to establish consistent operating standards and scalable systems across both studios.
