Study Director Team Lead

The Study Director Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a global team of Study Leaders, Senior Study Leaders, and Study Directors to deliver a portfolio of clinical trials. This role partners with Clinical Operations Program Heads to provide functional expertise, drive proactive planning, risk mitigation, and ensure trials are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The position also focuses on fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture, championing operational excellence, and implementing innovative technologies across the development unit.
