Study Manager

The Study Manager serves as the principal liaison between Stantec and clients during the planning and execution of mining studies, driving scope definition, execution planning, and optimization for various mining projects. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple offices to deliver integrated studies on time and within budget while ensuring alignment across engineering, estimating, and risk management. The position requires steering complex studies through client stage gate processes and providing technical guidance and peer review to develop team competence.
