Study Start-Up Leader

The Study Start-Up Leader is responsible for the global execution of site activation for assigned clinical trials, ensuring efficient and timely start-up in compliance with sponsor SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines. This role involves developing site and country start-up strategies, managing regulatory submissions, and overseeing cross-functional teams and CRO partners to mitigate risks and meet strategic objectives. The position requires strong project management skills and expertise in clinical study start-up processes.
