Sub-Arc Welder

This role involves operating a sub-arc welder to place welds on pole shafts, ensuring they meet quality standards through gouging, grinding, and repairs before inspection. The position requires working from supervisor directions to move shafts into the seaming processor and maintain welding equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy manufacturing environment and pass an AWS welder qualification test.
