The Sub-System Lead Engineer (SSLE) leads the development, definition, and documentation of requirements for subsystems and Agile Release Train (ART) solutions, acting as the technical domain expert and single point of contact. This role focuses on thermal management for BEVHeat systems in electric vehicles and drives cross-team solution delivery and optimization. The SSLE collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure technical specifications, system behavior, and compliance are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
