Responsibilities

Manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities including sourcing and closing out purchase orders
Support New Product Integration by ensuring new components are successfully introduced into the supply base
Proactively track open orders and supplier commitments to mitigate delivery risks
Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery conditions to achieve best value while ensuring compliance
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing performance and corrective actions

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering5+ years of progressive experience in subcontract administrationAerospace industry experienceExperience managing cradle-to-grave procurementFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Costpoint)
