Subcontract Administrator

Zachry is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support the GPP Construction project, responsible for the sourcing, coordination, and administration of subcontracts and services. The role involves leading the development and award of subcontract bids, monitoring contractor performance, and managing contract administration including change orders and progress payments. The position requires regular site visits to evaluate work progress and oversee subcontractor onboarding and closeout activities.
