Subcontract Management Lead

This role manages supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs. The position leads multifunctional teams, develops procurement specifications, and oversees the full subcontract lifecycle from solicitation to close-out. It requires a US Citizen with a TOP SECRET clearance and extensive experience in aerospace or defense procurement.
