About this role

American Institutes for Research (AIR) is hiring a Subcontracts Administrator to support the full lifecycle of subcontracts and subrecipient agreements, with emphasis on pre-award support, post-award administration, and negotiations. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external subcontractors/subrecipients and contributes to process and systems improvements during AIR’s transition to a new ERP platform. The position reports to the Director, Subcontracts and Procurement and can be performed fully remote in the U.S. or hybrid from Crystal City, VA or Chicago, IL with occasional travel.
