As a Subject Matter Expert in Oral Enabling Formulation Technologies, this role leads strategy and execution of advanced formulation platforms at Roche to solve challenges with poorly soluble or permeable drug candidates. The position involves translating disease biology into high-quality drug candidates through cross-disciplinary collaboration and technical profiling of new chemical entities. You will drive global formulation strategies and act as a key advisor to internal scientists regarding complex synthetic molecular properties.

Responsibilities

Design and execute specialized formulations for complex synthetic modalities.
Lead strategy and execution of advanced formulation platforms.
Conduct rigorous Developability Assessments to mitigate pipeline risks.
Act as subject matter expert for internal scientists on formulation strategies.
Bridge in vitro data to in vivo outcomes using AI and modeling tools.
