Responsibilities

Administer and govern Jira and Confluence as authoritative repositories for requirements and organizational knowledge
Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment
Produce portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and executive briefings to provide visibility into project status and risks
