Subject Matter Expert Solid State Science

As a Subject Matter Expert in Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development at Roche, you will lead the identification of optimal solid-state forms to ensure drug candidate stability and solubility. This role involves coordinating complex screening activities across internal labs and external partners to de-risk therapies and define the 'Golden Form' for successful clinical translation. You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts between chemistry, analytics, and formulation teams while driving innovation through digitalized screening tools.
