Submittal Coordinator

The Submittal Coordinator organizes, tracks, and processes construction project submittals and related documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. This role serves as the liaison between general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and owners, handling the creation of submittal logs, distribution, and timely return of reviewed documents. The position also supports document control, RFI preparation, and closeout documentation while providing administrative assistance to project managers and engineers.
