Subregional Construction Lead

The Subregional Construction Lead oversees and coordinates construction activities across a subregion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role involves driving consistent project execution, establishing best practices, strengthening governance, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful construction outcomes across multiple countries. The position reports to the Regional Head of Construction and plays a key role in managing multi-country construction programmes and diverse stakeholder groups.
