About this role

The Subscriptions & Closings Manager leads the S&C team within GP Services, overseeing the end-to-end process of fund and SPV setup, investor subscriptions, capital closings, and proration. This product-oriented role involves collaborating with GPs, institutional customers, and internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure fast, accurate fund launches and a white-glove client experience. The position requires building scalable, controls-conscious processes and driving operational improvements to support Belltower's growth in the venture and institutional fund space.

Responsibilities

Lead the Subscriptions and Closings team to ensure fast and accurate fund launches
Own end-to-end quality of fund setup, subscription review, proration, and closing confirmation
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to ship product and process improvements
