Substance Abuse Counselor

This role is responsible for developing and facilitating the Centers alcohol, drug, and tobacco prevention program while educating and counseling students to reduce drug-related separations. The position involves creating individualized case management plans to enhance student retention and success, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA laws. The counselor also administers drug testing programs and provides comprehensive substance abuse counseling and education to support student progress and completion of the Job Corps program.
