Frewen College
The Substance Misuse Practitioner will deliver evidence-based treatment interventions and casework to young people and their families impacted by substance misuse across East Sussex. This role involves conducting assessments, managing risk, and providing psychosocial interventions to improve health, wellbeing, and life opportunities. The practitioner will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external partners in Children's, Adult Services, and Health to support service users.
