Substance Use Counselor

The Substance Use Counselor provides compassionate individual and group counseling to patients with opioid use disorder, develops treatment plans, conducts assessments, and coordinates care and referrals. The role works within an outpatient medication‑assisted treatment program, offering crisis intervention, case management, and documentation of patient progress.
