Substance Use Counselor

This fully remote position involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients recovering from opioid use disorder through individual and group counseling sessions. The role includes planning and documenting patient recovery, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered support. The counselor will also facilitate crisis intervention and case management duties to support long-term recovery.
