About this role
A Substance Use Professional on the Community Support Team provides community-based substance use treatment and recovery support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. The role works across community and clinical settings in Caldwell and Burke Counties to coordinate care, support long-term recovery, and collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers; certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor is required.
