Substation Control Center Manager

The Substation Control Center Manager leads the technical execution and phase-gated development of Premier PV's substation control center product line, from product roadmap through factory-ready execution. This role coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to release configurable control houses and associated sub-products. The position oversees supplier qualification, compliance, and the transition from pilot production to high-volume manufacturing at the Dallas facility.
