Substation Operations Supervisor

This role supervises and plans the work of skilled personnel in the Substation Operations department, overseeing the safe construction, maintenance, and operation of transmission and distribution substations. The position is responsible for coordinating switching and tagging, managing protective devices and control circuits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety rules. The supervisor also administers local department budgets and leads reliability-focused preventative maintenance programs.
