The Substations Superintendent leads the planning, management, and execution of all substation construction activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery. This role involves directing electrical crews and subcontractors, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and serving as the primary onsite representative for scope execution. The position requires developing installation strategies, managing daily operations from start to commissioning, and resolving technical conflicts in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead daily construction execution and ensure project delivery aligns with safety and quality targets.
Direct and oversee subcontractor scope development, sequencing, and logistics for electrical projects.
Manage day-to-day onsite substation operations from Notice to Proceed through commissioning.
Provide technical guidance to electrical forepersons and coordinate with civil and mechanical teams.
Resolve construction conflicts, technical issues, and delays promptly in the field.
