Substitute Building Custodian

The Substitute Building Custodian is responsible for performing all cleaning duties within the building, including restrooms, carpets, windows, and floors, while maintaining grounds and parking areas. The role involves setting up and tearing down rooms for events, responding to emergency building needs, and performing minor routine maintenance on custodial equipment. This position also requires assisting with snow removal, playground maintenance, and gym floor refinishing as assigned.
