Substitute Guest Services

The Substitute Guest Services member serves as a welcoming ambassador for the Boulder JCC, greeting visitors, managing phone and foot traffic, and assisting with program registration and facility reservations. This part-time role involves providing support to Venue and Events staff during special events while maintaining accurate database records and adhering to security protocols. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for community members and staff.
