Substitute Paraeducator

The Substitute Paraeducator assists and supervises assigned students instructionally, behaviorally, and physically in school and classroom settings, working with individuals or small groups. This role supports students with various needs, including those on the autism spectrum and students with social/emotional challenges, under the direction of special education case managers and classroom teachers. The position involves implementing instructional and behavior programs, collecting data on student progress, and maintaining a positive, supportive school environment.
